Arrival at Borgo Poneta and welcome dinner at the farmhouse.
Start your day with a hands-on cooking class at Borgo Poneta, where you’ll learn the secrets of Southern Italian cuisine and prepare some of its most iconic dishes.
After the class, enjoy a relaxed lunch featuring your creations, paired with local wines. The afternoon is free to relax by the pool, explore the surrounding countryside, or visit nearby villages at your own pace.
Visit the historic Sant’Ambrogio Market in Florence with a local chef.
Participate in a complete cooking class using the ingredients selected during the market visit.

Morning truffle hunt in the woods.
Truffle lunch in the historic center of San Gimignano, followed by free time to explore the town.
In the afternoon, enjoy a wine and olive oil tasting with a vineyard walk and winery tour.
Later, head to another local venue for an Aperitivo Class, where you’ll learn how to prepare the perfect Italian Spritz before enjoying a flavorful dinner featuring fried pasta, focaccia, and other local specialties.

In the afternoon, visit a small olive oil mill and enjoy a guided olive oil tasting.
Later, head to a beautiful villa converted into a cooking school for a Pizza & Gelato Cooking Class, followed by dinner featuring the dishes you have prepared.
Morning visit to a traditional Cinta Senese pig farm with lunch and tasting of artisanal cured meats and local products.
After lunch, enjoy free time in Castellina in Chianti before arriving at 5:30 PM at a Chianti Classico winery for a vineyard walk, cellar tour, Tuscan cooking class, and dinner among the vineyards paired with estate wines.
Enjoy a free morning to relax by the pool, explore the surrounding countryside, or visit nearby villages at your own pace.
In the afternoon, join your final cooking class at Borgo Poneta, preparing a complete Tuscan dinner — antipasto, fresh pasta, main course, and dessert — all paired with excellent Chianti wines. Celebrate the end of your culinary journey with a memorable dinner featuring the dishes you’ve prepared together.
